She established the foundation in April 2009 to honor the legacy and ideals of her late husband, Pastor Eskor Mfon—particularly his unwavering belief in the potential of Nigeria’s youth to lead transformative change.
With a Bachelor’s degree in German and French from the University of Ife, Mrs. Eskor-Mfon combines a love for language and cultural diversity with a lifelong commitment to learning and inclusivity. She began her professional journey at the Voice of Nigeria, working as a producer in the French department, before transitioning into banking, where she had a successful tenure with Societe Generale Bank Nigeria. Her experience in finance provided her with strong foundations in management, planning, and organizational leadership.
Motivated by her desire to create meaningful impact beyond the boardroom, she ventured into entrepreneurship—founding Morning Glory Cards and Gifts Ltd., and later taking on leadership roles as Chairman of TIE Communications Ltd. and Managing Director of Altaschith Press Ltd. These roles reflect her dynamic ability to build, manage, and scale socially conscious enterprises.
As an ordained pastor with the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor (Mrs). Eskor-Mfon embodies integrity, compassion, and spiritual guidance. Her passion for service has been a constant theme throughout her life, especially in her dedication to empowering underserved communities and nurturing future generations. Notably, he co-organized the maiden edition of the Benue State Gubernatorial Debate in 2019, securing support from major organizations such as TVC News and Enough is Enough (EiE). His civic engagement efforts include the ‘VoteBeta ChopBeta’ electoral campaign and the 1000 Benue Youth March Against Electoral Violence. He also initiated the Innovate Benue Challenge (IBC), endorsed by the Benue State Ministry of Education, to promote innovation and leadership among young people. His participation in global platforms like the GOI Peace and UNESCO International Essay Competition and the Mandela Washington Fellowship speaks to his international outlook and dedication to growth.

Oluwatomisin has practical experience in digital marketing gained through internships with two reputable organizations. She completed a two-month online digital marketing internship with GFA Technologies, where she earned a certificate of completion. Additionally, she undertook a four-month unpaid internship at Pastor Eskor Mfon Foundation (PEM Foundation), where she developed hands-on skills in digital strategy, content creation, and audience engagement.
Currently, Oluwatomisin serves as a volunteer at PEM Foundation, contributing to the content creation team. Her role includes crafting compelling stories, curating visuals, and managing social media presence to promote the Foundation’s mission of youth empowerment and community development.
